All of our items are sent out using Royal Mail Tracked Service.
We aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 working days. This does not include weekends or Bank Holidays. Tracking numbers will be provided once an order has been dispatched.
During the usual busy periods such as Christmas and times of sales then you should expect orders to take a little longer.
Custom orders will take longer and you should check individual listings for dispatch times.
