Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Returns need to be unused, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt/proof of purchase. 

To start a return, please message us via our contact page on our website, or message us on Facebook. If you don't get an immediate reply then please be patient, as we don't always get the chance to read them straight away. Please do not follow it on with abuse or negative comments, we will reply to you as quickly as is possible.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. For exchanges it’s your responsibility to return it to us in perfect condition. We do not cover the cost of return postage for exchanges.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Custom Items
Custom items are strictly non refundable.
